Welcome
May 26, 2008
What a weekend! low 70s Saturday, and 38 right now. And, there is a freeze advisory tonight. We hosted an open house at the new Canal Crossing Condominium project at the north end of the
Portage
Lift
Bridge
in Hancock this weekend. It was very well attended--the hot dog vendor said he served a 150 dogs a day in about 4 hours time each afternoon. Without exception, I heard very positive comments from visitors. The building is built very well. The condos are very quiet, and the views down the Canal are fabulous. So, call me to schedule a showing to check out the Condos--you will not be disappointed. We got together at least one deal on a nice home this weekend. I'll be listing a newer home in above Shopko later this week--watch for it, it's a very good value. Have a great holiday weekend. Thanks veterans and active troops.
Greetings from the

Beautiful Land and Homes For Sale
February 17, 2008
Hello. It's Daytona 500 day, and it's snowing pretty hard; it's supposed to snow until tomorrow afternoon, so we could get another foot of snow. That snow would be on top of the 200" or so that we've already received this winter in the Keweenaw. But, while it may be cold outside, our sales are certainly very hot. We have a sizable amount of deals accepted and scdeduled to close int he next 30 days. So, if you are discouraged about subprime lending problems and discussions about a recession, we are not having those problems here. Come on up and let me show you around our pristine wilderness. Between the four countries here in Upper MI, namely Houghton, Keweenaw, Baraga, and Ontonagon, I can find you a great piece of land or the perfect home. It's a buyer's market as there is more real estate for sale than there are buyers around, but it's still busy. Real estate is selling locally, and bargains are to be had if you are buying. Check out the prime building parcels on Lake Superior, the interior 40s and larger parcels that offer great hunting and solitude, or check out the wonderful homes in all price ranges that we have listed. In short, I can find you your own piece of the Copper Country in the Keweenaw Penninsula. I'll wait for your email or call. I check my email all the time, so just let me know what you want and I'll send back and email with all the matching listings. Thanks. |
